Booking Policy

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK TATTOO/PIERCING APPOINTMENTS WITH EMPLOYEES AT DARKLIGHT GALLERIES LLC.,Co., DLG TATTOO, DAMAGED LEGACY. DEPOSITS THE ARTISTS RECEIVE GO TOWARDS THE TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICE AND CAN RANGE ANYWHERE FROM $20-$500. DEPOSITS MUST BE MADE FOR EACH APPOINTMENT. IF CHOOSING TO MAKE MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS THE EMPLOYEE MAY CHARGE FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENT SLOT, OR LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF APPOINTMENTS THAT CAN BE MADE.  DEPOSITS WILL EXPIRE AFTER 6 MONTHS OF THEIR INITIAL APPOINTMENT DATE. THIS DOES NOT RESET WITH A RESCHEDULE OR RE-BOOKING. ONLINE BOOKING FEES ARE DIFFERENT THAN A DEPOSIT FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THESE FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND SUBJECT TO FORFEIT FOR A CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW. THE ARTIST WILL HONOR THE ONLINE BOOKING FEE TOWARDS THE INITIAL DEPOSIT FOR AN INDIVIDUAL/S TATTOO AFTER AN APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN SET. ONLINE BOOKING IS A PLACEHOLDER FOR A CONSULTATION ONLY AND NOT A GUARANTEED AGREEMENT FOR AN APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME DAY OR IN THE NEAR FUTURE. IT IS WITHIN THE INDIVIDUAL/S RIGHT TO CONTACT THE STUDIO OR THE ARTIST/AFFILIATE DIRECTLY TO DISCUSS THE AVAILABILITY OF THEIR CHOSEN EMPLOYEE AND SERVICE. PLEASE BE AWARE  THAT THE POLICY SET FORTH BY DARKLIGHT GALLERIES LLC. Co., DLG TATTOO, DAMAGED LEGACY AS WELL AS ITS ARTISTS AND AFFILIATES ARE TO BE REVIEWED AND AGREED UPON DURING THE BOOKING RELEASE WAIVER AGREEMENT. THE CLIENT IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FEES THAT MAY ACCRUE AND THAT ANY MODIFICATIONS OR ADJUSTMENTS THAT ARE MADE AT THE DISCRETION OF THEIR ARTIST/AFFILIATE. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE POLICIES WILL BE REVIEWED,AND THAT ANY QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED TO THE CLIENT'S SATISFACTION PRIOR TO COMMITTING TO AN APPOINTMENT BEING BOOKED.
