DAMAGED LEGACY STUDIOS
Policy for Tenant Artists

Here is a list of policies and guidelines for Artists who choose to lease booth space within the main studio of Damaged Legacy Studios. Since every artist is a tenant studio within the main building of Damaged Legacy Studios, we do not always have full control or authority to handle certain complaints. We have to state as always Damaged Legacy Studios is not held liable for any interactions or altercations between tenant to tenant, tenant to patron or patron to tenant situations. We suggest first and foremost if you are made to feel uncomfortable in the environment that Damaged Legacy Studios is trying to maintain; then contact your local authorities first and foremost. Damaged Legacy Studios can then seek further legal actions against the party/parties involved in the infractions. We always hope nothing along these lines ever happen, but we can however mitigate situations the best we can if the business' policies are violated. Any report given to Damaged Legacy Studios will be completely confidential and never revealed to the violating party/parties unless otherwise directed to by the authorities.

WHAT CONSTITUTES AS LOITERING:

  • Another Patron who is roaming around or hanging out for a long period of time without getting any work done.

  • Patrons who interrupt or halt the operations of another tenant's studio without proper approval of the tenant. The time you pay for to be in the chair or have a consultation is  your time, this shouldn't have to be derailed by anyone.

  • Unauthorized Solicitation by another patron.

  • A group of people that are with a patron that are otherwise disrupting the experience of the other studio tenants and/or patrons.

WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED LOITERING:

  • A patrol who has a scheduled time for an appointment or consult that may be waiting for their artist.

  • A group of people attending a session with a patron, though we do wish to keep this to a minimum. As well as respectful towards the other patrons.

  • Direct interactions that promote hateful, lewd or threatening terms and language.

THEFT:

This subject can be a bit confusing, so we will try to clarify it as best as possible. We never want to see or hear of any patron or tenant's belongings being stolen. So the most simple solution, keep your belongings on you at all times. We trust that all patrons will be honest and never touch another person's belongings, sadly this is a guarantee we cannot make. Damaged Legacy Studios will not permit any theft on it's premises. If Damaged Legacy Studios is able to prove thft with the security systems in place it will, to the full extent of the legal process.
